DHL Supply Chain Hungary has extended its existing lease agreement for 8,600 sqm in CTPark Budapest East industrial and logistics park. DHL has also taken possession of a newly customized head office in the project.
WKK Polska Sp. z o. o., an international leader in fastening materials, has a new headquarters at MLP Business Park Łódź, strengthening its position in Poland. The company has leased over 1,700 sqm of space at MLP Business Park Łódź. The completed facility is scheduled for handover in mid-September. Cushman & Wakefield assisted the tenant in closing the transaction.
Lufthansa Systems Hungária, a developer of aviation IT solutions, has set up its new 1,200 sqm office in the TILIA office building in the heart of downtown Szeged. The building not only provides modern technological conditions, but also creates a highly worker-friendly, ergonomic environment for the nearly 80 employees.

Matexi Polska is strengthening its management structure. Jesika Mackiewicz has joined the management boards of companies implementing residential projects in Warsaw. This manager, with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, will support Matexi Polska's continued growth in the capital market.
Elżbieta Majdan is joining the Property & Asset Management team at Savills Poland as an Associate Director. Elżbieta brings 15 years of experience in managing and commercialising retail properties, gained while implementing key projects on the Polish market.
