Redstone has announced a new company coming to the East Park Olomouc to become an anchor tenant in a newly constructed hall. This is the largest new transaction of 2025 in the Olomouc region in the Czech Republic.

Reico Investment Company EAM has announced the opportunity to invest in residential rental housing as of August 20, 2025, to qualified investors primarily from the Erste Private Banking segment. The subscription period is set until September 30, 2025.

Only 14% of office buildings across the Prague market have achieved an Energy Performance Certificate in class A or B, with older properties having a higher probability of being classified in lower energy performance classes. An internal Savills survey, covering dozens of properties, has revealed that a significant proportion of Prague’s office stock is facing the need for modernisation. 

Although the vacancy rate for Prague offices has been falling, construction activity has intensified during Q2 2025, with four projects launched, according to a survey by Colliers.

Looking at the Czech industrial real estate market in Q2 2025, it is clear that the market has not yet fully recovered from the downturn of last year, according to a regular quarterly survey conducted by Colliers. Gross realised demand has fallen 34% below the five-year average. On the other side, growth in the vacancy rate is positive news for tenants. 

July surprised with strong volumes, as well as the number of new mortgages, according to data from the CBA (Czech Banking Association) Hypomonitor, which captures data from all Czech banks and building societies providing mortgage loans. In July 2025, they provided new mortgages for CZK 30 billion (€1.225 billion).

Geosan Development is moving its largest residential project to date, Re.Start Petynka, to another milestone. The residence is developed on a long-unused plot of land near the Petynka swimming pool in Prague 6. Now it has received a valid building permit.

Savills has announced that David Štrouf, an investment professional with a background in Private Equity and Real Estate consulting, has joined the Savills Investment team as Associate Director. 

The P3 Lovosice Cargo logistics hall, unique thanks to its railway siding, has been leased to a new tenant. The hall, with an area of over 43 thousand sqm, can accommodate a train with up to 15 wagons.
