The biggest growth in Eastern Europe is foreseen in Bulgaria going into 2025, while the rest of the countries are projected to make side moves in the coming years, according to a report by the Eastern European Construction Forecasting Association (EECFA).

Property investor Alfi Real Estate Fund has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Planet Koper shopping mall in Slovenia, the company announced on LinkedIn.

S Immo has announced the sale of HOTO Business Tower in Zagreb for an undisclosed sum. The project is located on the south-western edge of the central business district of the Croatian capital and comprises a total leasable area of around 15,500 sqm. 

Croatian autonomous car maker Verne has leased 28,500 sqm in VGP Park Zagreb for a new factory. Under the lease terms brokered by CBRE, VGP will develop a built-to-suit project for Verne featuring offices, warehouse space and a production facility.

S Immo has signed a contract to sell Zagrebtower to the OTP Group. The office building comprises a total net area of almost 26,000 sqm and has a BREEAM International In-Use Excellent certificate. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

IAD's Prvý realitný fond real estate fund has acquired through its real estate company Logis Rugvica d.o.o. a plot of land intended for development in the Sveta Helena area, near the Croatian capital Zagreb. With this project, Prvý realitný fond is successfully starting its activities on the Croatian market.

Immofinanz has successfully closed the sale of the Grand Center Zagreb office property to a Croatian real estate company. This transaction represents a further step in the optimisation of the portfolio.

The construction of a modern distribution centre by HAVI Group has begun. The new distribution centre in Velika Gorica will cover an area of 8,300 sqm. HAVI has entrusted the process of location selection and tendering the developer to CBRE.
