The European property market has begun to adapt to new conditions. The latest data, based on a survey in 28 countries across Europe, has clearly confirmed this, according to the 14th edition of the Deloitte Property Index.

SES Spar European Shopping Centers has started construction of S-Park Varaždin in northwest Croatia. The project, launched on August 18, 2025, will redevelop the historic site of the former Varteks textile factory into a modern retail park scheduled to open in 2027.

Martley Capital has sold two warehouse assets in Croatia from its Central European Value Add Fund (CEREF). The properties, Logistics Centre Vetel and Koledovcina 2, provide a total of 21,160 sqm GLA and are fully let to local and national tenants. The Vetel asset has a WALT to break of 3.3 years, while Koledovcina 2 has a WALT to break of 1.8 years. Both are located on the outskirts of Zagreb with good access to the city’s transport network.
