Globalworth Romania has begun construction of Green Court D, the fourth building in the Green Court complex in Bucharest's Aurel Vlaicu area. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027 and is currently in the preliminary construction stage involving enclosure and basement excavations.

The value of projects entering construction in July-September 2025 exceeded HUF 1,000 billion at current prices, the second highest level in the past ten years, according to the latest EBI Construction Activity Report Hungary.

The Czech Republic's industrial real estate market continues its recovery, with 130,800 sqm of new space completed in Q3 2025, bringing the total market size to almost 12.9 million sqm. This represents a 5% year-on-year increase, according to Colliers.

This level significantly exceeds the EU-27 average of 5% and confirms construction's growing importance in the local economy. Romania also recorded the second-fastest post-pandemic growth in construction activity within the EU.
