Construction has been completed on REINO IO Piotrków BTS, a cross-dock transshipment centre of nearly 27,000 sqm in Piotrków Trybunalski, central Poland. The investor is Polish Logistics LLP (UK), managed by REINO IO Logistics. Kajima Poland handled design and general contracting under a design-and-build contract, with financing provided by BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. under a Green Loan structure compliant with LMA Green Loan Principles.

Matexi Polska is entering the final stage of its Splot Wola residential development at ul. Sowińskiego 28 in Warsaw, with more than 75% of the 103 apartments already sold. The project, located in the Odolany and Ulrychów area of the Wola district, comprises flats ranging from two to five rooms, including split-level units with terraces on the top floor. The remaining available units are predominantly two-room apartments.

The Horizon City residential development in northern Bucharest has secured €36.5 million in financing from Libra Internet Bank. The funds will support the continuation and acceleration of construction works, with full project completion now targeted for the first half of 2027, six months earlier than originally announced. The financing is structured to provide resources independently of the pace at which advance payments are collected from buyers under pre-sale agreements.

Redkom Development is preparing to begin construction of a retail park in Kalisz, on Aleja Wojska Polskiego. The project involves a comprehensive redevelopment of the former Tesco hypermarket site, a well-known shopping destination in this part of the city.

Recorde Forestay High Street Hotel & Residence Real Estate Development Investment Fund and Erste Bank Hungary have signed a credit facility agreement worth approximately €35 million to finance the hotel development of Váci Utca Center in Budapest's 5th District.

Develia has begun construction of Żywiecka Vita, a 12-storey residential building in the Wrzeszcz Dolny district of Gdańsk. Designed by AKO Architekci, the development will deliver 127 apartments ranging from 27 to 114 sqm, spanning studio to four-room layouts. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028, with prices starting from 15,700 złoty per sqm.

CeMat A/S has signed a contract with FineTech Construction as general contractor for Moje Bielany 3, a new building forming part of the mixed-use Moje Bielany development on ul. Wólczyńska in Warsaw's Bielany district. Construction work is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

GARBE has commenced construction of a nearly 39,000 sqm building forming part of its new Green Park Senec logistics park in Slovakia, developed in partnership with Mitiska REIM and the MEREP LI fund. Austrian logistics company Lagermax has signed as the first tenant, leasing 9,000 sqm of industrial space, with occupation scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Law firm Kinstellar and commercial real estate consultancy iO Partners provided advisory services on the transaction.

Redkom Development has started construction of its retail park in Tarnów, appointing SPEC BAU Polska as general contractor. Located on Lwowska Street, one of Tarnów's main transport routes, the scheme will deliver around 35,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA) across nearly 30 retail and service units, including an Agata furniture store and a Cinema City multiplex.
