Construction has begun on a new retail park in Ruda Śląska, located on Bukowa Street near the junction with 1 Maja Street. The development, carried out as the second phase of a project led by Pkb Inwest Budowa in cooperation with Terg, has already achieved approximately 90% pre-leasing at the outset of construction. The leasing process is being managed by Scallier.
The development will deliver approximately 6,800 sqm of gross leasable area. Confirmed tenants include brands representing the sports, fashion and leisure sectors, such as Martes Sport, Maxi Zoo, Ccc, Halfprice, Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtrem Kids.
"We consistently expand our tenant portfolio throughout the leasing processes we manage, introducing brands already established on the Polish market, as well as concepts that enhance the popularity and profitability of retail schemes," says Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier. "A key element of commercialisation is the analysis of consumer preferences and the creation of convenient shopping destinations."
The new retail park is being developed near existing retail destinations, including Castorama and Aura Park, further strengthening the area's commercial hub. A key advantage of the project is its location near the Central Highway, providing convenient access from various parts of Ruda Śląska and neighbouring cities.
The retail park is scheduled to open in November 2026. Scallier has been active in the commercial real estate sector in Poland and across European markets since 2011, specialising in the development, management and leasing of retail projects.
