Cavatina Holding has started construction on the second stages of Palio Office Park in Gdańsk and Ocean Office Park in Kraków. The total area of both stages comes to 34,200 sqm.

The group completed transactions worth €206.5 million, as well as attracting record-breaking leases, launching three multifunctional projects and starting with its project of an apartment lease platform, which will deliver over 2200 units to the market. The company currently has a commercial project portfolio of 500 000 square meters and intends to double this number within the next five years.

It was built in Podgórze district, 5 km from the city centre, in close proximity to the A4 motorway and 20 minutes by car from John Paul II International Airport.

Madison International Realty has acquired a stake in the newly developed Chmielna 89 office building in Warsaw’s CBD from the Cavatina Group. The acquisition values the project at over €100 million. Chmielna 89 is fully let to Poland’s largest, PKO BP, on a ten-year lease.

Cavatina Holding has acquired the Widzewska Manufaktura revitalisation project in Łódź for €90 million (PLN 400 million). The seller of the approximately 4 ha site at Piłsudskiego 135 with its 19th-century industrial buildings was a company headed and co-founded by Stanisław Zaręba, represented in the transaction by Deloitte.

Cavatina Holding has entrusted Knight Frank with the management of the Carbon Tower office building in Wrocław. The building’s leasable floor area totals 19,000 sqm.
