Cavatina Holding has completed the sale of buildings A, B and C of the 60,000 sqm Equal Business Park office complex in Kraków. The buyer is a joint venture managed by Apollo-Rida Poland.
The fourth stage of the complex, located in Kraków's Podgórze district, is currently under development. Building D will provide over 11,300 sqm of workspace. The complex’s list of tenants includes Integer (InPost), Sii, QVC, Kimberly Clark, Aptiv, Equiniti, Kingfisher, Delphi Technologies, Regus and Krakowskie Zakłady Automatyk.
The new owner of the complex is a consortium managed by Apollo-Rida Poland Sp. z o. o. which has been present on the Polish commercial real estate market since the beginning of the 1990s.
The seller was advised by CBRE and Dentons in the transaction and the buyer was consulted by JLL and Penteris.
