Allianz Real Estate has opened a new office in Vienna and appointed a new director to help strengthen the company’s presence across the region. Thomas Villadsen was named Director of Austria and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

David Hay has resigned as CEO of AFI Europe Romania and announced his intention to seek out other opportunities outside the company. AFI Europe is currently working on three projects in Romania: AFI Brasov, AFI Tech Park in Bucharest and AFI City.

CTP has appointed Andreea Odovinca as Chief Financial Officer for Romania. She will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of financial functions, the quality of the information provided by the department, staff development and performance management.

The retail consultancy department of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, extends its competences and offers with a fully comprehensive platform RAM (Retail Active Management). It will support retailers, developers, investors and managers. The scope of activities of the new department that focuses on strategic consultancy, will be led by Fabrice Paumelle.

Prologis announced several promotions at its Czech and Slovak offices. Martin Baláž has been promoted to Vice President of Development and Leasing at Prologis Czech Republic and Slovakia; Václav Krasanovský has been promoted to Vice President of Property Management at Prologis Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary; Martin Stratov moves up to the position of Director of Development and Leasing at Prologis Slovakia. The promotion of Kateřina Březinová to Leasing Manager at Prologis Czech Republic completes this promotion round.

Colliers International announced the launch of its new Hotels Advisory department in Poland, led by Rafał Rosiejak, who has been appointed as Director.

Savills has consolidated and reorganised some of its business lines in Poland. It has set up an investment hub providing a comprehensive range of advisory services on the commercial real estate investment market through cooperation involving individual departments.

Marian Herman has become the new Chief Executive of HB Reavis Group with immediate effect. Marian moves into the role from his position as Group Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of HB Reavis. He has been with the company for more than eight years.

The Supervisory Board and Executive Board of Immofinanz AG decided to continue the suspension of detailed discussions over a possible merger between CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo) and Immofinanz for the time being and to also evaluate other strategic options.

Griffin Premium Real Estate, 71.7% owned by Globalworth, is being rebranded as Globalworth Poland and will be renamed as Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V.
