Colliers International strengthens its office spaces consultancy team by hiring Sebastian Dragomir for the position of Office Advisory Director. Sebastian Dragomir has over 12 years of experience in real estate, time during which he has worked on the office, industrial, land and landlord representation segments and formerly occupied the position of Senior Leasing Manager at Immofinanz Romania.

Július Hájek joins CTP as a new Head of Marketing. Július will be responsible for marketing strategy and execution as well as PR activities in all CTP markets throughout central Europe.

SachsenFonds, a company that manages investments in real estate and renewable energy sources, is changing its name. The new business name EURAMCO stands for European Asset Management Company and reflects its growing presence on international markets. The company was started in 1999 as one of the subsidiaries of Landesbank Sachsen. Today, the EURAMCO Group administers close to €4 billion in approximately 60 private investment funds. In Europe, EURAMCO has three offices: the headquarters in Ascheim near Munich (investment management in Western Europe), in Prague (investment management in Central and South-Eastern Europe) and in Warsaw. In addition, the company also operates on the Australian market with a branch office in Sydney.

P3 has promoted Sînziana Pardhan to the role of Country Head in Romania. Pardhan, who was recently appointed as Acquisitions Director for Romania, takes over from Blake Horsley, who has become P3’s Group Development Director. 

Cresa, a tenant-only real estate advisor, will open an office in Warsaw this autumn. Piotr Kaszyński, who has 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector, will lead the Polish office.

JLL Bratislava has announced two mid-year promotions. Ján Bošácky has been appointed Head of Research with overall responsibility for market research and advisory services, whereas Samuel Šporka, Head of Industrial Agency and Tenant Representation, has been promoted to Associate Director. 

Colliers International Hungary announced that Michael Smithing has returned to the Office Agency Team as Director of Landlord Representation, effective immediately.

JLL will launch its new office in Łódź, which will be the company’s fifth unit in Poland. Marta Pyziak has been appointed head of the company’s newly-established unit.

TriGranit announced organisational changes in several fields of its operation. It has among other a new Chief Construction & Development Officer, a new Chief Financial Officer, a new Development Director and a new Head of Acquisitions. 

Colliers International has launched a new business line in Romania, Retail Services, and aims to become a „one-stop shop” for retail developers. The Retail Services Division is coordinated by Simina (Istrate) Niculiţă, who has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate market, being in charge of both renting and selling shopping centers.
