JLL has appointed David Vais as head of its Industrial Agency in the Czech Republic. Vais joins JLL from CTP Invest, where he worked for over 4 years as Senior Business Development Manager for the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Prologis announced two appointments at its Central and Eastern European project management operations. The appointments are designed to enhance the company’s capabilities for developing complex projects within a specified budget and time frame.

The Property Management Department of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has expanded its service line by creating the first Training Academy in Romania, called Drawing Business Value Academy, dedicated to tenants in commercial buildings and office buildings occupiers, in partnership with DBV Management & Training, a training and consulting company. Jana Vlková has recently been promoted to the position of Director of Business Development at Colliers International in Prague. Jana will focus on identifying and securing all types of business opportunities that Colliers Czech can offer to its clients. These services, to mention a few, will include and cover supporting Office Agency, Workplace Consultancy, Project Management and Design and Fit Out works services. Jana will continue to work with her existing and future clients by providing turnkey solutions and services at the highest professional level.

Tatian Diaconu, the CEO of Ceetrus Romania (known as Immochan Romania until June 2018) has been promoted to International Development Leader of Ceetrus International in Lille, France. Raluca Crisan, the former marketing manager of Immochan has been named as the new CEO of Ceetrus Romania.

Andrei Văcaru has been promoted to Head of Capital Markets JLL Romania, effective 1st August 2018. Andrei has over 13 years’ experience in the Romanian real estate market which spans over different segments including capital markets, consultancy, retail leasing and retail tenant representation.

Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, has opened an office in Krakow. Cresa already has five offices across Poland: in Warsaw, Wrocław, Tricity, Łódź and Krakow. Its Krakow office is located in High5ive.

RICS has recently welcomed over 70 newly qualified professionals who have recently joined in Central & Eastern Europe, as a result of membership assessments held in Bucharest, Budapest, Prague and, for the first time, in Sofia.

JLL Slovakia announced that as of 1st of August, Barbora Dermeková MRICS, has been promoted to Head of Valuation department with overall responsibility for valuation and appraisal services in JLL Slovakia.

Design & Build, a wholly owned subsidiary of JLL, appointed a new Senior Architect in Slovakia.JLL Slovakia opened its Project & Development Services department back in 2013 and in cooperation with Czech Tétris Design & Build team concluded several successful projects for well established and important local and international clients.
