Sergii Stoliarchuk has joined the immo lab team as Business Development Ukraine. He is responsible for cooperation with Ukrainian real estate companies in Poland.

"The ongoing war in Ukraine has thwarted the company's business plans, but many are still functioning. Supporting their operation and helping them grow is now crucial so that they are ready to perform and rebuild the country after the end of hostilities. Sergii is the right person to strengthen immo lab's efforts in this area. He is an expert on the real estate market in Eastern and Western Europe. He has an innovative approach to business and technology, which is extremely inspiring. I am glad he is joining our partners", comments Daniel Puchalski, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of immo lab.

Sergii has more than 15 years of experience in working with international companies, as well as in developing his business initiatives. Between 2007 and 2017, within the framework of cooperation with Raben Group, he launched in Ukraine the biggest groupage delivery network in the country, including the first professional cross-dock platform and a number of technological solutions, such as voice picking. Since 2017, he has been running his own service and software businesses in the residential real estate segment. In 2020, in cooperation with developer SAGA, he created Maxify, a unique software platform for dynamic pricing in residential property for sales. The software helps to increase the revenue and efficiency of residential real estate projects. It is noteworthy he contributed to the rapid growth of SAGA, which in 2021 was included in the TOP10 list of developers in Kyiv. In 2022, Maxify expanded internationally to Poland, DACH markets, and Kaukasus.

In late 2022, Sergii launched the "Rebuilding Ukraine Together" initiative with Property Forum and co-organized online webinars and offline panel discussions on Ukraine topics across Europe, connecting professionals from the Ukrainian market with Western European companies interested in doing business in Ukraine.

"I had the pleasure of getting to know immo lab very well from its willingness to work with Ukrainian companies and viable relief efforts. This support and preparing the ground for the future reconstruction of the country is very important. I join the immo lab team with the conviction that this is the right place for further development. I believe that connecting our potential will allow us to achieve the best results", says Sergii Stoliarchuk, Business Development Ukraine, immo lab.

Present on the market since 2021, immo lab agency specializes in strategic consulting in investment land for the logistics and industrial sector, services, office, retail, residential, and PRS segments, and mediates capital transactions. It has its credit investment and leasing transactions in major Polish cities such as Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław, and Katowice, with a total area of more than one million square meters and a value of more than 370 million zlotys.
