Effective from the beginning of March 2023, Urszula Matej-Bil has been appointed Management Board Member responsible for marketing and communications at EPP, the largest asset manager of retail real estate located in Poland. She has been at the company since 2019 when she joined its structures as PR and Communications Director.

Urszula Matej-Bil, as Board Member responsible for marketing and communications at EPP, is in charge of managing the company's internal and external communications, coordinating marketing activities at managed properties, public affairs and cooperation with industry organisations, social media activities and projects related to corporate social responsibility. She also holds the position of Board Member of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres.

“At EPP, we understand and appreciate the role of communications in business, therefore we are delighted to welcome Urszula to our Management Board. Internal promotions are always pleasing, especially when they involve people like Ula – highly specialised, committed, familiar with the industry in which we operate and open to new experiences. Over the past few years, we have recognised her unique competence, hence I am convinced that the extended marketing and communications activities – especially in the digital area – overseen by Urszula will contribute to the increased competitiveness and efficiency of our retail and office real estate portfolio. They will also allow us to strengthen the image of EPP and our assets among customers, tenants and other business partners as well as our employees. I also hope that this new role will be an opportunity for Ula to further develop and acquire new skills together with EPP", Tomasz Trzósło, CEO of EPP, comments on the changes.

Urszula Matej-Bil has more than 15 years of experience in communications and public relations. Her expertise covers external and internal communications, including crisis and issue management, media relations, content marketing and social media activities. She was responsible for cooperation with influencers and KOLs as well as marketing and promotional activities.

Prior to joining EPP, she was Director of Corporate Communications Department at OneMulti. Previously, she held the position of Director at the Questia PR agency, with which she was associated for nearly a decade. Over the years, she worked with leading national and international companies from several industries, including real estate, construction, insurance, finance and banking, new technology, logistics and transportation, heavy industry, e-commerce and FMCG. She provided communications support to numerous retail properties.

Urszula is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) with a degree in Marketing and Management. She also completed doctoral studies in management at this university.
