Wing and Accent Hotel Management have signed a strategic agreement to jointly operate hotel projects in Hungary. The partnership combines Wing's real estate development expertise, portfolio management experience, and capital strength with Accent's operational competencies and brand relationships.

Budapest's office market saw a robust third quarter in 2025, driven by strong demand and a significant year-on-year increase in net take-up. Despite no new office space being delivered, the market showed resilience, with notable activity on the Váci Corridor submarket, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).

Skanska has leased the entire second phase of its H2Offices development project in Budapest while still under construction. Work began on the second building of the three-phase complex on Váci út in Q4 2024, with concrete structures now reaching the second floor level of the existing building. Two hotel developments by Wing, the Ibis & Tribe Budapest Stadium Hotel and the Tribe Budapest Airport Hotel, have obtained BREEAM certification. The dual-branded Stadium Hotel is the first hotel in Hungary to achieve the highest rating, the BREEAM In-Use "Outstanding" category, joining only four hotels worldwide that hold this top-level sustainability certification.
