Prime Holdings Group has completed the sale of its Łódź 1 project in Poland and the Science Park office complex in Budapest, Hungary. The combined transaction value exceeds €60 million.

Wing Group has signed an agreement with GTC to purchase a development site at 173-177 Váci Road in Budapest, covering more than 2.1 hectares. The company plans to build approximately 470 apartments and a 23,000 sqm office building as part of a mixed-use project on Hungary's largest office market area.

A key national property in Budapest has been acquired by Eagle Hills, the Abu Dhabi-based developer. The purchase of the former interior ministry palace was confirmed by Hungarian media outlet Telex on 25 October 2025. 

Futureal, owner of the Etele Plaza shopping centre in Budapest, has signed a €165 million loan agreement with a consortium comprising Erste Bank Hungary, Erste Group Bank and UniCredit Bank Hungary. The refinancing extends the loan maturity to 2035.

iLogistic, a fulfilment solutions company, signed a long-term lease for an additional 5,000 sqm at CTPark Budapest West in Biatorbagy in September. The company now operates across 15,500 sqm, representing a thirty-fold increase since launching in the park with just 500 sqm in 2018.

Wing and Accent Hotel Management have signed a strategic agreement to jointly operate hotel projects in Hungary. The partnership combines Wing's real estate development expertise, portfolio management experience, and capital strength with Accent's operational competencies and brand relationships.

Budapest's office market saw a robust third quarter in 2025, driven by strong demand and a significant year-on-year increase in net take-up. Despite no new office space being delivered, the market showed resilience, with notable activity on the Váci Corridor submarket, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).

Skanska has leased the entire second phase of its H2Offices development project in Budapest while still under construction. Work began on the second building of the three-phase complex on Váci út in Q4 2024, with concrete structures now reaching the second floor level of the existing building. When completed, the second building will offer over 22,000 sqm of office space.

Zenit Corso, a new community center in Budapest's Zuglo district, is scheduled to open its doors on October 16. Located behind Bosnyak Square, the development functions not only as a shopping centre but also as a modern urban promenade, featuring stores from numerous well-known brands.

Living has completed the third phase of its Park West residential project in Budapest's District 13, with the final use permit now issued for the 230-unit development. The project, located in the Ferdinand Quarter on Szabolcs utca, benefits from brownfield status allowing buyers to reclaim 5% VAT.
