The First Real Estate Fund of IAD Investments (Prvý realitný fond) enlarged its Slovak part of the portfolio with a logistics hall with an administrative building in the Pharos location near Bratislava Airport.

Bratislava will become the 201st global city to have a skyscraper. It will happen this week while the development of Eurovea Tower will reach the 44th floor and get over the 150 metres level. The total high will be 168 metres and the completion of shell construction should be done by the end of this year, developer J&T Real Estate announced.

Penta Real Estate has bought 4.5 hectares of the land in Bratislava Nové Město district. The developer became the owner of this property in the bankruptcy proceeding in August this year. The price of the transaction was not published, the web portal TRENDreality.sk reports.
