The Millhaus residential project, with which developer Immocap and the investment group WOOD & Company have entered the residential market in Bratislava recently, has reached another important milestone.

The project, which is already under construction on Mlynské nivy boulevard, received a loan for financing from VÚB Bank. In practice, this means that the developer has met the criteria both in the implementation and the sale of apartments, and the project can continue construction with bank coverage. The financing provided is €22 million. The Millhaus apartment building will have 151 apartments and accommodation units on 19 floors, complemented with the commercial premises on the ground floor. Residents will have almost 140 parking spaces at their disposal on two underground floors. Relaxation zones in the semi-open inner block and a children's playground will also be included.

Immocap has been operating in the Slovak development market for 28 years, mainly in the commercial segment. The pair of developers Immocap and WOOD & Company have already successfully collaborated in the past on the construction of the Lakeside Park 02 office building near Lake Kuchajda in Bratislava.
