Since the end of April, the residential project Pri studničke of the developer Studnička Development has had a valid building permit issued. The residence is planned near Bratislava's greatest forest park Železná studnička, in the location adjacent to the future research center Eset Kampus.
There are 88 apartments and suites in four apartment buildings in the project. These are 1.5-room to 4-room flats and apartments. So far, 35 apartments have been sold in pre-sale. The floor area of the apartments ranges from 31,8 to 113,3 sqm. The project has a total of 91 cellars and 126 garage spaces. There are also two non-residential commercial premises available on the ground floor.
The construction of the project will begin in June 2024. The anticipated completion of construction is planned for April 2026.
