With the addition of János Gárdai in April and Dr. Ildikó Rézműves in May, Biggeorge Property Plc.'s top management was further expanded. The Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) Standard section has welcomed Biggeorge Property REIT Nyrt. shares, owned by Biggeorge Property Zrt. This REIT has an extensive portfolio of industrial parks and is the fifth such company traded in BSE.

LogStar, the industrial division of local investor Biggeorge Property, has acquired the WestGate Business Park, an 18,000 sqm industrial facility, from Logicor. The seller was represented by CBRE. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

Hungarian real estate developer Biggeorge Property is expanding its management team. The company's strategy for the next five years targets further substantial growth and the new managers were added to help achieve these goals, owner-CEO Tibor Nagygyörgy said.

Local developer Biggeorge Property has unveiled plans for a new city centre development in Budapest’s Óbuda district. The 5 ha project would include 1400 apartments and 10,000 sqm of commercial space upon completion. Handover of the first phase with 257 apartments in three buildings is scheduled for 2010.
