With the addition of János Gárdai in April and Dr. Ildikó Rézműves in May, Biggeorge Property Plc.'s top management was further expanded. The two new directors are responsible for the areas of asset management and communications in the Hungarian company. János Gárdai also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. The organizational transformation is driven by expansion goals and the objective of optimizing current operations.

With 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, János Gárdai comes from the position of Chief Operating Officer of GTC S. A., a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed company, where he was single-handedly responsible for the management of an international real estate portfolio totalling €2,500 million with 44 projects spanning 6 countries and 800,000 sqm of floor space, as well as the overall management of an operation with 150 employees. In addition to the areas of leasing, asset, property and project management, he was also responsible for property development and ESG compliance.

Prior to that, as Finance, Development and Managing Director and Hungarian Partner of White Star Real Estate (AIG/Lincoln), he managed the 60-person Budapest office for nearly two and a half decades; and oversaw the areas of real estate development, property and asset management, business development, bank financing, acquisitions and divestment transactions; as well as the planning, permitting, construction management and leasing processes. Before the acquisition of White Star Real Estate, he managed an investment portfolio of €400 million, and the implementation of several major domestic real estate development projects.

Dr. Ildikó Rézműves brings nearly 20 years of international real estate experience to Biggeorge Property. In 2011, she joined the Hungarian real estate development team of Skanska, where she oversaw the communication of sustainable Budapest office projects while also playing an important role in building the company's global brand.

From 2014 to 2023, as Communications and Marketing Director at DVM group/Horizon Development, she was responsible for the branding, leasing and sales/divestment support of both companies and their real estate development projects on a strategic and operational level, as well as for national and international press coverages, professional events and award-winning tenders. In addition to Horizon Development's own developments, she managed the communication of numerous design, project and construction management (building and fit-out) mandates. For several years, she also delivered premium marketing services for the Hungarian portfolios of international real estate funds.

In her position of Communications Director at Realis Development between 2023 and 2024, she engaged in creating the corporate image of the newly established Hungarian property development company, and the preparation of commercial real estate projects.
