The residential market in Bucharest returned to a rhythm more in line with previous years, following the record-breaking July, according to an analysis of Fortim Trusted Advisors.

Matexi Polska has completed sales of all apartments in its Kameralny Prokocim 2 development at Facimiech 12 street in Kraków. The project comprised 49 apartments in total. The developer currently offers apartments in three Kraków investments located in different parts of the city: Podgórze, Zabłocie, and the Łagiewniki and Borek Fałęcki areas.

The Prague City Council has approved the investment preparation of the Project 5 in the Nové Dvory development area, bringing approximately 480 apartments.

Green House Development is building Royal Garden Wilanów, a three-story apartment building in Miasteczko Wilanów surrounded by an 8,000 sqm private park - larger than a full-size football pitch. Construction is progressing on schedule with completion planned for the end of 2026.

Romanian developer Impact Developer & Contractor has announced a new development strategy for 2026-2034, with a plan to build 7,870 homes across five projects that will have a  gross development value of €1.61 billion.

Interest in new housing in Bratislava is not waning, and real estate developers are responding to it by revising their projects. Several residential projects are planned in the vicinity of Lake Kuchajda in Bratislava. The investor duo Cresco Real Estate and Wood & Company have advanced in preparing the continuation of Lakeside Park and have received a zoning decision from the local authority, reports index.sme.sk.

Gránit Asset Management's residential division, Grandit Homes, has reached a 100% occupancy rate for its inaugural project just one year after entering the market. 

Libra Internet Bank has announced a €35.5 million financing package to support the sixth phase of the Exigent Plaza Residence development in western Bucharest.   

Living's first residential development in Buda, Római Park, is progressing as scheduled, with the building structure for the 257-unit complex now complete.
