Polish developer Ekopark has announced plans to expand into three new markets. The company will enter Katowice, Łódź and Warsaw whilst continuing 13 ongoing projects in Kraków.
The expansion aims to diversify the company's project portfolio and strengthen its position in the national market. Ekopark currently operates primarily in Kraków but will gradually introduce new projects in the three cities throughout the year.
The developer continues to focus on functional apartment layouts, high-quality common areas and enhanced finishing standards. Experience gained from premium projects in Warsaw, such as Finale Apartments and Biała Willa, is being applied to popular segment developments. The Slow City project exemplifies this approach, designed as a space for living rather than just housing.
Ekopark plans to complete a premium investment at Bulwary Wiślane in Kraków in 2026, featuring nearly 500 sqm of common spaces including a cinema room and yoga area. "We're moving from announcements to concrete actions. We're developing projects in Kraków and preparing to enter new cities, whilst continuously improving our customer service," says Bartosz Dąbrowski, Marketing Director at Ekopark.
