Occupier activity in the Warsaw office market remained relatively strong throughout the second quarter of 2022, while office availability continued to decrease further, pointing to a continued downward trend in vacancy rates, reveals Newmark Polska in its latest report.

MAD Planning & Projects has sold an office building in Bucharest to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest for an undisclosed sum. The building located close to the University Area is set to host a medical simulation center.  

Property group Immofinanz has signed a 25-year lease for 6,500 sqm in Bucharest-based myhive Victoria Park to Leventer Medical Group. The leased area will host Leventer Hospital, the country's first private dermatology and surgical oncology hospital that will open in 2024 following an investment of around €10 million.
