The Swedish developer launches the construction of another building in the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań which is going to consist of approx. 28,500 sqm of office space. It will apply for a WELL Core&Shell certificate. The commissioning is scheduled for Q2 2023.

Vastint Poland has signed a contract with Budimex SA for general contracting services for the initial part of the second phase of the Waterfront complex in Gdynia. The planned investment will be built on Hryniewickiego Street, in the vicinity of Kościuszko Square, and will comprise the construction of four buildings totalling 45,000 sqm including underground garages. The general contractor plans to start construction in May of this year, with the investment scheduled for completion in 2023.
In 2020, the total office stock of Poland’s nine largest cities grew by 6.2%, according to figures from Cushman & Wakefield. At the end of 2020, the development pipeline comprised 84 projects, most of which were underway in Warsaw, Krakow and Tricity. At the beginning of July, Aleksandra Gawrońska will take up the position of Head of Residential Research at international advisory company JLL. Aleksandra has ten years’ experience in the areas of consulting and complex real estate analysis. Before joining REAS (now part of JLL) in 2018, she worked at Colliers International, where she was responsible for publications, reports and analyses of the office market in Poland.
JLL in the Czech Republic announced the appointment of Steffen Walvius as Head of Sustainability Services and ESG. In his new role at JLL, Steffen Walvius will help clients with building on their own sustainability performance. JLL will thus offer this service as the first provider on the Czech real estate market.
