Romanian real estate developer Iulius says it will invest around €35 million in the infrastructure and urban mobility features for its Palas Campus project in Iași. The mixed-use project will feature 54,000 sqm of office spaces targeting tech companies and 6,000 sqm of retail spaces.

The Polish office market was booming until the pandemic struck. 2020 brought many changes and a downturn in developer and tenant activity. How is the market doing in the new environment it found itself in over a year ago? Real estate advisory firm Cresa has analysed the current levels of pre-lets and the office development pipeline in Poland.

The rent environment for Bucharest offices has been on a downward trend since the onset of the health crisis as flexible work arrangement that limited the presence of employees in offices were implemented, according to Investpoint.

Avestus Real Estate has selected the general contractor for the Infinity office building in Wrocław. Comprehensive implementation of the project to be developed at Jana Pawła II Square (at the junction of Legnicka and Nabycińska streets) will be the responsibility of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. The investment with a total lease area of almost 22,000 sqm is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2023.

React, an office project developed by Echo Investment in Łódź, will be the second location in the city for Chillispaces, a company specializing in providing coworking spaces. The tenant will start to operate here in the first quarter of 2022.
