CA Immo has completed the construction of two premium office buildings in the River City Prague campus, which is located in the Karlín district in the area of Rohan Island. Construction started in September 2019.

MidPoint71, the office building developed by Echo Investment in Wrocław, has reached its target height, which was symbolized by a traditional topping out ceremony. Currently, facade and installation works are in progress. The next stage will be finishing the interior of the office building. The facility is scheduled to receive its occupancy permit in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Savills has examined both employee-driven and occupier/employer-driven factors to assess which global cities may see a faster transition to hybrid working post-COVID-19. From an office occupier perspective, New York, Paris, London, Berlin and Frankfurt may be primed for a faster transition to hybrid working, given comparatively high office costs, already flexible working practices and extended lockdowns, while less flexible working cultures in Mumbai, Shanghai and Ho Chi Minh City mean that any transition to hybrid working may be slower.

At that time, the new owner apparently would have been Chinese-owned Resolution Property but the latest developments indicate that the company that actually acquired the building in Portugal's Fidelidade. Although the two companies are rather far from each other at first glance, they are actually part of the same Chinese holding.

JLL has been appointed the exclusive agent responsible for the lease of the Lakeside office building. The investment project is owned by the Belgian real estate development company Atenor.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as letting agent on Atrium 2 in Warsaw. The office building is in the asset portfolio of German investment fund HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, which is represented by its asset manager for Poland, MFC Real Estate.

In the area of the Fuzja by Echo Investment in Łódź, the works related to the construction of the shell of two office buildings have been completed, and the traditional topping out ceremony has been held. Obtaining an occupancy permit is planned for the first quarter of 2022. Medusa Group studio is responsible for the architectural design.

Colliers has taken over the management of Neon office building – the fourth stage of the Alchemia business complex in Gdańsk-Oliwa.

Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in the Grunwaldzki Center in Wrocław.

Another building of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznan, developed by Skanska, has received its occupancy permit. Phase D provides approx. 39,000 sqm of office space and will be the first investment in the region to apply for the WELL Core&Shell certificate. It is also the only place in Poznan with a pavement made of green concrete that cleans the air.
