Colliers International has taken over the management of Tischnera Office in Kraków, owned by Cavatina Holding. Tischnera Office is a modern Class A office and service facility with a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. It was built in Podgórze district, 5 km from the city centre, in close proximity to the A4 motorway and 20 minutes by car from John Paul II International Airport.

Green Court Office, a 20,000 sqm office building located in District 13 of Budapest has reached structural completion last week. A few days earlier, Green Court Office was awarded an interim BREEAM Excellent certification. The building is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2021.

spaceOS, a company offering a global operating system for safe, flexible and human-centric workspaces, has announced a pilot deal with Hitachi, Ltd. The agreement will see Hitachi integrate its platform into spaceOS’ workspace management app, to provide its commercial real estate clients in Japan with a complete, integrated smart building ecosystem.

According to the latest JLL report, in the first half of the year, companies leased over 60,000 sqm of space in Wrocław. Although this result significantly exceeded 2019’s results, tenants are more cautious in the second half of the year and have put their expansion plans on hold. The condition of the Kraków office sector has been defined by successive records in recent years. However, the global pandemic, which affected all segments of the economy, undoubtedly also affected the office sector. How? According to JLL’s latest report, in the first half of the year, demand for offices in Kraków was about 15% lower than H1 2019. In addition, the increase in remote working has prompted some employers to reorganize their offices.

Central Business Center, an office building located in Inner Buda is undergoing a major renovation by ConvergenCE. Recognised as the highest quality office building in Budapest at the time of its construction in 1994, an upgrade for the 9,540 sqm property was long overdue.

Knight Frank has been selected as the property manager of the building at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street, which is owned by Echo Investment. The office building with an area of over 21,000 square metres is the first stage constructed as part of the West 4 Business HUB office complex in Wrocław.

AFI Park Brașov, an office project developed by AFI Europe Romania, announced two new tenants, Siemens Romania and NTT Data. The Class A office building has thus reached an occupancy rate of 55% before its official opening, with a total leased area of approximately 8,300 sqm.

As the next step in the integration of Vodafone Hungary and UPC, in the autumn of 2022, colleagues working in the company's Budapest offices will move to the Budapest One office park. The complex, developed by Futureal, will house Vodafone's new headquarters.

Asset manager M7 Real Estate has assigned Cushman & Wakefield to take over the management of Hamburk Business Center, an office building in Plzeň. The building is owned by the BHS Real Estate Fund.
