Nhood in Poland has signed a one-year agreement to provide Specialty Leasing services across the entire Polish portfolio of Focus Estate Fund. The deal covers temporary letting of retail spaces and outdoor areas at ten shopping centres: Sosnowiec Plaza, Rybnik Plaza, Ruda Śląska Plaza, Galeria Mosty, Galeria Sandecja, Turawa Park, Ferio Legnica, Galeria Sandomierz, Shopping Park Eden and Galeria Awangarda. Over the past two years, Nhood's Specialty Leasing services have generated a 34% increase in revenue for its clients across Europe.

"Specialty Leasing is becoming a key element of the commercialization strategy for retail centres. Our aim will be to propose solutions that will enhance the appeal of the shopping centres covered by the agreement and generate additional revenue," said Dorota Suchodolska, Business Development Director at Nhood in Poland. "We are pleased to partner with Nhood and entrust the company with Specialty Leasing across our entire portfolio. We see Specialty Leasing as an important element of our value creation strategy," added Max Shkolnick, General Partner at Focus Estate Fund.

The services will cover pop-up locations, retail islands and kiosks, markets, and brand activations. A dedicated team led by Agnieszka Wrońska will manage the Focus Estate Fund properties. "Our approach goes beyond traditional short-term leasing. Carefully selected pop-up stands, themed fairs, and special events enrich the shopping centre's offer, attract new visitors, and strengthen customer engagement," said Agnieszka Wrońska, Director of Operational Marketing and Short Lease at Nhood in Poland.

Specialty Leasing is a standalone business line offered by Nhood across Europe and Africa, growing 7% in 2025. Nhood currently manages over 2,500 spaces across seven countries and collaborates with 3,000 brands through a team of over 40 specialists. Focus Estate Fund is a Luxembourg-based private equity real estate investment fund specialising in value-add retail properties across Western and Central Europe, with a portfolio of 13 shopping centres in four countries representing approximately 220,000 sqm of gross leasable area and around €200 million of assets under management.
