Austrian furniture retailer Mömax will develop a new store on a land of 37,000 sqm located in Cartier Coresi – the mixed-use scheme developed by Ceetrus and managed by Nhood Romania in Brașov.

The construction works will start in Q3 2022, and the store is slated for delivery by the spring of 2024 following an investment of €20 million. The retailer already has two stores in Timișoara and Oradea and will open a new store in Arad this spring. Mömax has a network of 95 stores in Europe, of which most are in Germany, Austria and Hungary. The company has over 4,700 employees in nine countries.

Cartier Coresi is developed on 120 hectares of land and includes residential, office and retail components. The project’s developer is working on a similar scheme in Reșița.
