For many real estate market leaders who came to Expo Real 2023, it was an opportunity to look for new investment opportunities in the face of more difficult macroeconomic and economic conditions in the world. Experts from Walter Herz advisory agency share their insights on the current situation in the Polish property market. 

Shopper Park Plus (SPP) shares are now available for subscription, paving the way for the first euro-based listing on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE). The shares of the regulated real estate investment pre-trust, which owns a portfolio of 18 retail units, will be offered for sale through OTP Bank and Concorde as distributors.

Wind power, which accounts for approximately 2% of total electricity supply, is at the global forefront of green solutions and growing well ahead of traditional energy technologies and other renewable energy sources. Hungarian real estate investor and developer Indotek Group has announced the acquisition of Hotel H·Top Royal Beach in Lloret de Mar. The vendor is H·Top Hotels & Resorts Group which will continue to operate the facility, hosteltur.com reports.

Upvest from Komerční banka Group together with the American real estate firm Lincoln Property Company has bought the Zirkon office centre in Prague 8 from Českomoravská nemovitostní (ČMN). The price of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Yareal Polska has announced the successful closing of a €45 million investment loan, with a term of 5 years, from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. The company plans to use it, among others, to refinance the LIXA C office building and for new land acquisitions.
