Zdeněk Hausvater, Director of Asset Management at AEW Europe, has confirmed that the shopping gallery Mylsbek in Prague is for sale, Hospodářské noviny reports.

The Office for the Protection of Economic Competition (ÚOHS) has authorized the Czech real estate fund Trigea from the Partners group to buy the owner of the Prague shopping centre Arkády Pankrác, e15.cz reports.

CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE) has advised Diófa Fund Management on acquiring Indotek’s Belgrade office portfolio. 

Yareal Polska has announced the successful closing of a €45 million investment loan, with a term of 5 years, from pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb).

Real Management S.A. has been granted a business expansion loan of PLN 47 million (ca. €11 million) for its development activity. The loan was extended by mBank S.A.

After CPI Property Group disposed of part of its stake in the Austrian real estate company Immofinanz at the end of December last year, it is now about to sign another deal, e15 reports.

Redan has signed an agreement to sell the Top Secret brand's chain of stationary and e-commerce shops. The buyer is the company Greenpoint, which is also to take over the brand's trademark.

The owner of the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre in Prague, Atrium Pankrác, is being bought by the Czech real estate fund Trigea from the Partners group. The transaction is now being assessed by the Office for the Protection of Economic Competition (ÚOHS), e15.cz reports.

Indotek is transferring the management of the Gordius Private Equity Fund to fellow Hungarian investor Diófa Fund Management, which will also take over the Belgrade office portfolio held by Indotek, Portfolio.hu reports. Indotek Group said it will use the funds released by the portfolio restructuring to finance domestic and international acquisitions. The company also announced that it had acquired a significant part of the Vörösmarty shopping complex in Budapest at the end of the year.

Greenberg Traurig advised Madison International Realty, the majority shareholder of Capital Park S.A., on the sale of certain assets of the group as part of a management buy-out co-financed by Europi Property Group, Capital Park’s minority shareholder.
