Romanian developer Forty Management plans to raise up to €5 million from a bond sale in a bid to finance its international projects.

The total investment volume in the Czech Republic for the first three quarters of 2024 has exceeded the €1 billion threshold, reveals a regular quarterly survey published by Colliers. Approximately half of the properties bought and sold in 2024 are located outside Prague. 

INVESTIKA real estate fund has announced exceeding the threshold of CZK 20 billion (€790 million) in the volume of funds from Czech and Slovak investors. 

GTC Group’s management board has announced the acquisition of a residential portfolio in Germany, currently held by Peach Property Group. The portfolio is spread around the cities of Kaiserslautern, Helmstedt, and Heidenheim. It comprises 5,165 residential, 47 commercial units, 71 other units, and 2,108 parking units with a total leasable area of 324,167 sqm. GTC said the portfolio has an adjusted property value of approximately €448 million based on full ownership.

Romania’s property investment market reached close to €655 million in the first nine months of 2024, up by 169% compared to the same period of last year, according to an iO Partners report.
