Just a few months after the handover of the first 21,000 sqm speculative industrial and logistics hall of IGPark Kecskemét South, Infogroup started the construction of a new building. The new hall is scheduled to be handed over in q4 2024.

The modern industrial stock reached almost 11.5 million sqm, as nearly 183,000 sqm of new space was delivered to the Czech market in Q3 2023. Demand for industrial space slowed down in Q3 2023 reaching only 181,700 sqm. Speculative development slightly increased to 41% of the over 1.4 million sqm currently under construction, continuing the trend of the previous three quarters. The vacancy rate decreased by 22 basis points compared to the previous quarter, and remained low at 1.5% Prague’s average highest achievable rent has remained stable, reaching around €7.50-7.70 per sqm per month, the Industrial Research Forum (IRF) reports. 

Ostrava Airport has opened an air cargo terminal called Cargo 2 at the airport in Mošnov in the Novojičín region (25 minutes south of Ostrava). It cost CZK 139 million (€5.6 million) to build and was constructed by the Ostrava company HSF System. The terminal will increase the airport's capacity and improve the quality of cargo handling, the Czech News Agency (ČTK) reports.

Elektrokontakt Romania (EKR), a subsidiary of ELEKTROKONTAKT GMBH, has leased 14,735 sqm for the next 10 years in Mureș City Logistics, jointly developed by Globalworth and Global Vision. Following this deal, the project has reached full occupancy rate.

7R started the construction of 7R Park Tczew III. The first tenant is ESA logistika Polska, a leading logistics operator, which will occupy more than 31,000 sqm.

Nunner Logistics has signed a lease agreement for 22,869 sqm of warehouse space and 285 sqm of office and social space at Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East park, currently under construction in Dobrzykowice near Wrocław. Construction work is underway and is set to be completed by next July. The project is being developed in partnership between Hillwood and LCube, with Hillwood acting as investor and LCube as Development Manager, coordinating the development of the facility.

Panattoni has been awarded a loan of over €32 million from mBank to develop the first building of Panattoni Park Tricity East V. Regesta is to operate its largest logistics centre in Poland from the centre.

Panattoni has begun the construction of a tailor-made manufacturing facility for Maxcess - a provider of products and services for automated web-handling applications for converting lines. The project will allow for the relocation of the existing facility and more than double the employment. It will also serve as the main facility for the company's European operations.

Panattoni is launching its second project in Warsaw’s Targówek district this year. The company is to deliver 17,615 sqm of space in an investment of €8.5 million. City Logistics Warsaw VI will be the company’s tenth development in Warsaw.

CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.
