Industrial developer CTP has delivered the first foreign distribution centre of LPP Logistics in Romania spanning 65,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest West. The construction of the warehouse started in January 2023 and was completed in less than one year.

European developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP has just handed over space in Hall A of VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City to two tenants.

Full-service logistics provider DB Schenker has prolonged its lease contract in CTP's logistics centre in the important regional city of Székesfehérvár. CTP Hungary was represented by 108 Real Estate, portfolio.hu reports.

German logistics company Thomas Duvenbeck Immobilien took over the logistics complex ARETE Park Rokycany II near Pilsen in the Czech Republic for use in December 2023. It will become the company's largest consolidation centre in Europe.

Poland’s industrial sector slowed in 2023, but the market hopes to rebound in 2024. After the peak of take-up and supply in the so-called COVID period falling in 2020-2022, the logistics and manufacturing market has returned in many values to those observed in 2018-2019, says Axi Immo. 

CTP has leased 10,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,400 sqm of offices at CTPark Belgrade City to Wagen International (Wint), an automotive parts supplier, for a new high-tech distribution centre.

Panattoni has been awarded financing to develop Panattoni Park Łódź West II – one of the biggest industrial projects in the western part of Łódź. A loan of €25 million has been granted by mBank.

The third fund of the real estate and investment group Arete has completed the development of a modern industrial complex in the urban area of Pilsen, Borská pole. The long-term tenant of the hall will be Oxymetal CZ, which specializes in metal processing and production of metal components for various industries, including automotive, energy and construction. 

Industrial/logistics developer CTP has announced the 30,000 sqm expansion of CTPark Košice in Slovakia following two pre-lets.

Panattoni has completed the third stage of Panattoni Park Zielona Góra III which is now 80% leased. ECE Logistics remains the largest tenant with its largest single-location lease being in the centre. Furthermore, in the first half of 2024 the company is to occupy two more areas with a combined area of 410 sqm this time for office use. ECE Logistics uses the Zielona Góra location to service e-commerce clients.
