Cummins Generator Technologies Romania has extended its lease for 17,000 sqm of production and storage spaces in CTPark Craiova, in a deal brokered by Colliers Romania.

CTPark Craiova comprises three buildings with a combined leasable area of more than 59,000 sqm. The project is close to the airport and the Danube ports, while having direct transport links to Bucharest, Sofia and Belgrade.

Andrei Bențea, Senior Business Developer at CTP Romania, says that Cummins Generator Technologies has seen the potential of this region and decided to extend its partnership with CTP.

“CTPark Craiova is an access gate to southern Romania, offering major advantages for businesses that want to thrive in a dynamic and sustainable ecosystem,” says Bențea.

Aside from the site in Craiova, Cummins Generator Technologies has manufacturing facilities in China and India.

CTP’s portfolio in Romania comprises over 2.9 million sqm in Bucharest and regional cities.
