CTP has signed three key ten-year leases in its most sustainable industrial park near Prague, comprising more than 60% of a new 32,000 sqm building that will be delivered by the end of Q2 2024 at CTPark Prague North.

The expansion of Arete Park Dunajská Streda has received a building permit. It will offer an additional 13,000 sqm of modern space for storage, logistics or light manufacturing, within driving distance of Bratislava, Budapest and Vienna.

The alliance aims to combine the decades of construction experience of the DVM Group and the extensive industrial general contracting experience of Greenfield Development. However, the new partnership does not represent a merger.

Panattoni has recently started construction of another hall within Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II. Now the company has secured financing for the investment. The €9.4 million loan was provided by Millennium Bank.

The S3 hall in P3 Ostrava Central has been leased to retailer Bezvapostele.cz. The company is planning to operate a sales warehouse in the building from August 2024.

Panattoni continues its investments in the East of Poland with the handover of another development in the Lublin region. The first tenants are now starting their operations in Panattoni Park Lublin IV.

Construction is underway for 7R's inaugural Green Saver product in Kąty Wrocławskie, Poland, aimed at reducing both CO2 emissions and operating costs. 7R Park Wrocław West II has just secured a total of PLN 87 million (€20.3 million) in financing from Bank Pekao S.A.

CTP has expanded the Polish capital’s warehouse market by more than 67,000 sqm through the delivery of two new buildings at CTPark Warsaw South. This completion means the industrial and logistics complex in Mszczonów, near Warsaw, is now almost 90 per cent complete.

According to the latest report from Cushman & Wakefield, 2023 saw the second-highest supply level and the third-highest take-up figure in the history of the Polish industrial market. The sector continues to enjoy strong fundamentals supporting its steady growth despite the rapidly changing macroeconomic environment.

Panattoni has just handed over the first building in the Panattoni Park Tricity East V complex, near the Port of Gdańsk. Regesta is to start operating in the building.
