Romanian proptech Bright Spaces has signed a partnership with ELI Parks for its entire portfolio of industrial spaces in the country.

The DRFG Investment Group and Heraeus Medevio have launched the construction of a new production hall in Plotiště near Hradec Králové. The project is a build-to-own development.

P3 Logistic Parks recorded in Romania industrial lease deals with a combined surface of more than 170,000 sqm during 2023 in P3 Bucharest A1 industrial park, with occupancy rates driven by retail and logistics companies.

CTP has started construction work on the fifth building within the CTPark Opole industrial and logistics park. The expansion of the complex will accommodate the expansion of the UFI Filters Poland brand, which has so far occupied an area of 6,000 sqm. The Italian manufacturer of filter systems for the automotive industry is doubling its lease space at CTPark Opole and is anticipated to move into the new building in the third quarter of 2024.

Panattoni has completed the development of a factory in Wronki for Samsung.  With the new manufacturing and warehouse space, the company will increase the production capacity of the already-operational household appliance factory.

The industrial and logistics market in Romania reached a stock of 7 million sqm at the end of 2023, with another 500,000 sqm under development across the country, according to data by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €33 million investment loan facility to a SPV, managed by Amesbury. The company is utilising the proceeds for the refinancing of the two business parks near Prague. pbb has acted as the arranger, agent and sole lender under the facility.

LCube enters 2024 with projects planned on purchased plots with a potential of 100,000 sqm and has secured additional land of about 65 hectares, which will enable the construction of another 300,000 sqm of warehouse space. Negotiations are also underway regarding another 20 hectares, which the company intends to reserve by mid-year. This provides a cumulative potential for the realization of over half a million square meters.

LemonTree will build Booster Zabrze in cooperation with Commercecon. It will be business complex with offices and service and logistics space, with a total area of 111,000 sqm, as well as green and public spaces. The investment is to be built directly at the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (Silesian Central Motorway) and the intersection of the A1 and A4 motorways. 

CTP has leased approximately 40,000 sqm at CTPark Ostrava Hrušov in the Czech Republic to Vitesco Technologies. The company has operated a high-tech R&D centre nearby at CTPark Ostrava for the past 10 years.
