Havi Logistics has leased more than 16,000 sqm of new space within the expanded MLP Poznań logistics centre. The facility for the company will be equipped with solar PV panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicle charging stations. Once completed, the new space is scheduled for handover at the beginning of the second half of 2024. Colliers’ Industrial and Logistics Department advised on the deal.

Logicor has signed a leasing agreement with Martex, a Polish distributor of truck spare parts, for a c. 45,000 sqm standalone warehouse at Logicor Będzin.

Logicor has started construction of its first regional logistics park in the Czech Republic. The site, located close to key road networks linking Prague and the city of Liberec, was a brownfield and is being redeveloped in two phases to create two modern warehouses, totalling 20,000 sqm, including 1,800 sqm of office space. One of the buildings will have a cross-dock facility.

The Hungarian subsidiary of Transdanubia, a leading international logistics provider has secured 24,000 sqm of industrial space in the PT3 building of the Hellopark Páty mega park, developed by Futureal Group subsidiary HelloParks. The new tenant is expected to move in at the end of 2024.

Industrial developer CTP has achieved its full allocation of €4.25 billion in green bonds to support its portfolio of sustainable business parks. The funding was raised from eight green bond issuances from October 2020 to January 2022.

Accolade Group continues its international expansion. The Group recently expanded its portfolio with Croatia, its seventh European country. North of the city of Zagreb, Accolade has obtained a building permit for its first industrial hall of approximately 50,000 sqm. In parallel with this project, the group is working on other sites in the Balkans.

Panattoni has completed a three-building complex in Radzymin for Poczta Polska. The development is to play a key role in the implementation of one of the operator’s strategic initiatives, its Logistics Network Architecture (LNA) project. Within the 50,000 sqm logistics centre is to operate a sorter capable of handling over 15,000 packages an hour.

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €113 million investment loan facility to CTP, which will be drawn down in phases. CTP will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of a logistics portfolio in the Czech Republic. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

CEE's modern industrial and warehouse space exceeded 59 million sqm in H1 2023. In twelve months, over 7,6 million sqm was completed, expanding the market by 16%, and currently, an additional 5 million sqm is under construction. With a 19% share of the total size, the Czech Republic is the second largest market in the region, the first is Poland with 52%. The demand is decreasing, but the nearshoring trend presents new opportunities. Cushman & Wakefield presents its latest findings. 

Real Management S.A. has signed a lease with OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in providing e-commerce solutions, loyalty programs and POS materials. OEX Fulfilio has leased warehouse and office space in the production and industrial park Good Point V. The handover date for the space of 14,550 sqm is scheduled for Q1 2025.
