
P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its presence in Blonie near Warsaw after acquiring an 8.8-hectare plot adjacent to its existing P3 Blonie park. The company will construct a new facility with 41,391 sqm of total leasable area, comprising 39,420 sqm of warehouse space and 1,971 sqm of offices.
The expansion will bring P3 Blonie Park's total area to 400,000 sqm. The new facility will achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and feature eco-friendly solutions, including PIR-core panels for better insulation, a reinforced roof prepared for photovoltaic panels, energy-efficient LED lighting with a DALI control system, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Located just 8 km from the A2 motorway and 2 km from national road No. 92, the park offers connections to major transport routes and the Warsaw metropolitan area. The existing P3 Blonie park comprises 18 buildings with 365,529 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, serving over 30 companies from 3PL, e-commerce, FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
