P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its presence in Blonie near Warsaw after acquiring an 8.8-hectare plot adjacent to its existing P3 Blonie park. The company will construct a new facility with 41,391 sqm of total leasable area, comprising 39,420 sqm of warehouse space and 1,971 sqm of offices.

The expansion will bring P3 Blonie Park's total area to 400,000 sqm. Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director of P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said: "Blonie has been one of the key logistics hubs in Poland for years. The expansion of our P3 Blonie park responds to such needs – it will provide growth opportunities for our long-standing partners interested in expansion and create space for new companies looking for warehouse space in one of Poland's top locations."

The new facility will achieve BREEAM Excellent certification and feature eco-friendly solutions, including PIR-core panels for better insulation, a reinforced roof prepared for photovoltaic panels, energy-efficient LED lighting with a DALI control system, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Located just 8 km from the A2 motorway and 2 km from national road No. 92, the park offers connections to major transport routes and the Warsaw metropolitan area. The existing P3 Blonie park comprises 18 buildings with 365,529 sqm of warehouse and logistics space, serving over 30 companies from 3PL, e-commerce, FMCG and manufacturing sectors.

P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with over 9.7 million sqm of assets under management and a 3.5 million sqm land bank. The company operates in 10 countries and employs more than 280 people across 11 European offices.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
