Prologis announced the completion of an 18,100 square metre build-to-suit (BTS) facility for Arvato Polska at Prologis Park Stryków.

ESON, a Taiwanese based company, put its mid-size production plan on the market. Located in the city of Partizánske, Western Slovakia, it offers approximately 7,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space together with 3,000 sqm of office premises and accommodation facilities for employees. The production complex is situated less than 45 km away from the regional city of Nitra and Trenčín.

There was 689,800 sqm of storage and industrial space under construction at the end of Q3 2017. 44 % of that space is being delivered to the Greater Prague area. The Industrial Research Forum announced the preleminary industrial market figures for Q2 2017.

DHL Express recently moved into its new, tailor made warehouse of 6,000 sqm leased in Budapest Airport's new logistic facility built by Market Építő. Budapest Airport appointed CBRE Hungary for the construction management services.

Prologis has started construction of two logistics facilities at its new Prologis Park Nitra in Slovakia. The expected completion of both buildings is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018.

CTP is currently expanding three of its Slovakian industrial parks for three separate clients. The new developments in Bratislava, Nitra and Voděrady are due to be completed within the following months.

Prologis has begun construction of a new 14,477 sqm speculative facility at Prologis Park Prague-Airport. The expected completion is for the first quarter of 2018.

Prologis has begun construction of a new 23,710 square metre build-to-suit facility at Prologis Park Prague-Rudna for VAFO PRAHA, the Czech family-owned pet food producer. With construction of Building 19, the park will be fully developed and will comprise almost 250,000 square meters of distribution space.

CTPark Bucharest West currently has 100,000 sqm of new space under construction. The company has big plans to extend the park, having recently purchased more land to allow for a total built-up of more than 700,000 sqm, potentially making CTPark Bucharest West the largest industrial park in Central Europe. The total investment for CTPark Bucharest West alone will exceed €150 million by Q1 of 2018.

The construction works on the new business park in Craiova are ongoing and the first 10,000 sqm of industrial space will be delivered by the end of the year, Romanian real estate developer Zacaria announced. Southern Industrial Park will comprise 43,000 sqm of Class A industrial space, fully equipped for activities such as storage, logistics, cross-docking or manufacturing.
