CTP has significantly expanded its portfolio both across the region and in Hungary in recent years. In response to brisk local demand, the company plans to prepare speculative developments of premium industrial space totalling 150,000 sqm in the Hungarian market in 2020. These projects will affect nearly all the industrial parks of local CTP.

Panattoni continues its investments in Lublin. The planned Panattoni Park Lublin III will consist of four Class A warehouse halls totalling 53,110 sqm. Construction works began last October and the first tenants include well-known logistics operators. They have taken up 12,000 sqm in total.

Colliers International Romania has been assigned to offer property management services for the first phase of the industrial park ELI Park 1, with a total area of 20,000 sqm. This is the first project built by Element Industrial, a Romanian developer of industrial and logistics spaces, and the fourth logistics park managed by Colliers. Thus, the total industrial portfolio managed by Colliers in Bucharest and in the big regional cities reaches 130,000 sqm, out of a total of over 500,000 sqm that includes office buildings as well.

CTP has launched a new product on the Romanian market - Premium Business Units. These multifunctional units combine office, production, storage and showroom space into one. With areas between 1,000 and 3,000 square meters, they address the needs of those companies that want to optimize their flows and grow their businesses. Adapted to meet the needs of each company, these are premium facilities to modern standards and are aimed at entrepreneurs who are currently in outdated or improper buildings and want to optimize and improve their image and results.

Romanian retail chain Profi, controlled by investment fund Mid Europa Partners, will lease 60,000 sqm of logistics space at CTPark Bucharest West from 2020, according to Ziarul Financiar.

The dilapidated area of ​​the former Zetor industrial site in Brno Líšeň will come alive again. CTP has begun preparatory work for the construction of a new industrial park for light manufacturing, retail, research and small logistics. More than 1000 employees will find work here. The investment in the project is expected to amount to around €60 million (CZK 1.5 billion) with the expected date of completion of construction in 2025.

Prologis is expending Building 2 of Prologis Park Wrocław V with 16,500 square meters. The new investment is specifically tailored for two companies with very different backgrounds, but working towards the same goal: effective storage and distribution, both in the local market of Lower Silesia and across Poland.

Prologis has started the construction of a new, state-of-the-art speculative facility totalling 14,000 square meters at Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor to provide further sustainable space. Scheduled for completion in Q2 2020, the new building will even have its own motorway access.

Prologis has started the development of Raben Group’s new centre of operations totalling 50,000 square meters at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska, in the heart of Silesia, Poland. Colliers International facilitated in securing this transaction.

Panattoni Europe embarks on a new project near the Tricity Airport – Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport. The distribution centre with close to 107,000 sqm has already got a stamp of approval from BBK S.A. – 68,500 sqm of the facility will be used as a multifunctional warehouse for home&you, a leading brand of interior furnishing articles. Completion of construction works is planned for mid-2020.
