Panattoni has developed a 10,000 sqm building for Solaris Bus & Coach. The warehousing facilities for the factory in Bolechowo. The opening was held on September 29th.

International Industrial Properties (IIProp), an industrial and logistics platform owned by Madison International Realty and Griffin Capital Partners, has launched the development of a 93,500 sqm warehousing park in Nadarzyn, on Warsaw’s southwestern outskirts.

Park Szczecin in Załom, a multi-phase warehouse complex created on the grounds with a total area of over 46 ha, offering 230,000 sqm of industrial space and fully leased, is the biggest park in Accolade’s Polish portfolio. 

Any uncertainly around the future of Europe’s economy this year has so far failed to dampen demand for logistics space, with take up in H1 already 12% ahead of last year’s record. According to Savills, this is mainly due to the uplift in take-up of space in the Germany (4,61 milion sqm) and UK (3,93 milion sqm), while Poland (3,83 milion sqm) stands third among analysed countries.

Four companies - Westwing, PF Logo Express, CEVA Logistics, and British American Tobacco - have decided to extend leases in the P3 Poznań logistics park. The combined area of these leases is 94,400 sqm.

Panattoni has just completed its logistics centre in Kojetín and handed it over to multinational e-commerce company Amazon for use. It is the first fully-fledged multi-storey distribution centre in the Czech Republic and is currently the most modern logistics hall in the country thanks to its equipment and environmentally friendly approach as well as its high energy self-sufficiency. The value of the building is more than CZK 5 billion (over € 202 million). The project was financed by Accolade.

The green logistics complex VisionPark in Bratislava received the permit for construction at the end of August. The permit is for three halls with 16,000 sqm area. The developer of the new logistics park based on sustainable principles is DOAS and the leasing agent is 108 Agency Slovakia.

There is a new modern industrial & logistic warehouse with 5,000 sqm of space in Hradec Králové which is already leased by the logistic company Geis. The building has been completed by developer CTP as their first warehouse in CTPark Hradec Králové. With the cooperation of the city, the developer has also built a new traffic light-controlled intersection nearby and now also plans to finish a second, larger warehouse in the park in the 2023 spring, the company announced.

Panattoni is developing a factory for Reynaers Aluminium near Warsaw. The global leader in the aluminium market is to make use of a centre of almost 29,000 sqm, which will be one of the company’s largest production facilities in Europe. The development is to be submitted for BREEAM certification for a rating of ‘Excellent’.

The Czech industrial real estate market has grown up to 10.14 million sqm in size and surpassed the 10 million sqm mark. In this period, the largest real estate transaction in the history of the Czech industrial market was also registered with a yet undisclosed distributor leasing almost 234,000 sqm, Colliers reported in their last analyses.
