Czech pharmacy chain Dr Max has leased 14,000 sqm in the latest stage of DL Invest Park Teresin. The warehouse complex is developed about 45 km west of Warsaw.

WDP, the industrial and logistics projects developer, recorded EPRA earnings of €175.9 million in the first nine months of the year, up 17% compared to the same period of 2021. This was generated by the pre-let of new projects and organic growth via the indexation of leases as well as newly realized acquisitions and some non-recurring income. 

VGP, the European company that develops, manages and owns high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, has handed over a 10,000 sqm warehouse building to Boxy Logisztikai Zrt. 

Czech development company Logport plans to develop key urban infrastructure in Jinočany near Prague. The first project of the company there will be the commercial and industrial complex Logport Prague West which should be completed in one year, the company announced.

The courier, express and postal (CEP) parcel market in Poland has been enjoying continuous, double-digit growth for several years, and its value has already exceeded PLN 17 billion, according to the latest "Polish CEP Report 2022", prepa­red by Last Mile Experts, 7R and Cushman & Wakefield. Among the factors that most significantly influence the development of the last mile supply segment, experts point to the dynamic growth of the e-commerce sector, which has become one of the key purchasing channels for consumers and deter­mines the increase in demand for this type of service.

Panattoni has begun building work on Panattoni Park Szczecin IV, which is to comprise 40,000 sqm. The project’s space has already been leased out to a furniture company from the TSL sector. 

Global Vision and Globalworth Industrial are expanding their joint portfolio with Mureș City Logistics, an industrial and logistics last mile project with a total leasable area of 18,000 sqm. The new investment is slated for delivery in Q1 2023. 

The new logistics park Contera Ostrava D1 is being built on an area of 350,000 sqm in Ostrava-Hrušov. The first two completed buildings are already fully leased. The project, which was launched in autumn 2020 at an estimated total cost of over €118 million, is being built on a former brownfield site and includes one of the largest and most modern industrial halls in the Czech Republic, Contera announced.

Panattoni has moved forward with the 20,000 sqm expansion of Flextronics International Poland's manufacturing and warehouse complex in Tczew. The ceremonial laying of the cornerstone took place on October 11th. The 80,000 sqm factory now includes four buildings and is one of the company's largest facilities in Europe.

The first column of the first 58,000 sqm warehouse in HelloParks' Páty megapark has been placed. The nearly €70 million investment will be the largest contiguous warehouse in Budapest's agglomeration and it is HelloPark's largest project to date.
