Geosan Development has announced the appointment of Eliška Koderová to the position of Head of Sales and Marketing based on her expertise in project management, work organisation and real estate knowledge.

Eliška will be responsible not only for the complete support of the sale of current housing projects, but also for building plots. At the same time, she will lead activities to strengthen the Geosan Development brand in the market. She replaces Jiří Baloun, who, after more than six years of successful cooperation, has decided to pursue new professional opportunities.

Eliška Koderová gained her experience gradually across various sectors, which enabled her to develop a comprehensive view of management and work organisation. She built her career in several private, mostly healthcare institutions. At GI4, she specialised in project management in the segment of apartment management and short-term rentals, which provided her with valuable knowledge also in the area of the real estate market. She then worked in this area as a consultant for other private companies such as Layana Services, Bed & Cookie Apartments or HiddenPrague.

Eliška is a graduate of the field of political science and international relations at the CEVRO Institute. She speaks English, German, and she is currently learning Italian. In her spare time, she enjoys mountain tourism, water sports, architecture and history.
