Colliers International Czech Republic announced the appointment of Tereza Nemcova as Director of the Human Resources department, in line with the company’s plan to expand its headcount, as well as its footprint throughout the Czech Republic.

Tereza Nemcova joined Colliers International Czech Republic in November 2019 as Head of HR. She has more than 20 years working experience in international companies, out of which 13 years in the commercial real estate industry in the field of HR management.

From 2007 to October 2019 Tereza worked for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where she gained valuable HR experience. Prior to joining JLL she spent eight years in two pharmaceutical companies - AstraZeneca and Boehringer Ingelheim.

“I am delighted to have been offered this opportunity and I look forward to working more closely with the Colliers teams and delivering HR solutions to support the company,” comments Tereza Nemcova.

„I cordially welcome Tereza Nemcova to Colliers. Tereza is a very experienced HR Manager with a great track record where she worked in different international companies and her core experience was gained in real estate. With almost doubling our head count at Colliers Czech Republic it was very critical to find a skilled and experienced HR Manager who understands our business to come and make sure we continue offering the right environment to our colleagues and make sure we support their needs and support everyone to be better at what he does,” says Tewfik Sabongui, Managing Partner of Colliers International Czech Republic.
