Apsys Polska has kicked off the regeneration of a post-industrial site in central Wrocław with two residential projects - Nowa Stawowa and Ogrody Staromiejskie. Construction work began in early 2026, with completion planned for Q4 2027.
Nowa Stawowa will feature two early 20th-century post-industrial buildings that will house 54 stylish lofts. Key architectural elements of historical value will be preserved, including brick facades, original ceilings, roof structure fragments and characteristic dormer windows. The homes will range from compact units under 30 sqm to spacious interiors over 100 sqm.
Ogrody Staromiejskie will comprise three buildings of five to seven storeys and will include 63 apartments ranging from 25 to 120 sqm.
"Our goal is creating projects that transform urban space. We work with places that have their own history and try to read it and incorporate it into a new story about the city," says Katarzyna Dziurnikowska, Investment Director at Apsys Polska.
Ogrody Staromiejskie will include an urban garden covering approximately 550 sqm with plantings of several tree and shrub species, while Nowa Stawowa will offer 750 sqm of carefully composed greenery and recreation zones.
Both projects are planned for Zielony Dom certification, confirming their ecological and social character.
