Apsys Polska has kicked off the regeneration of a post-industrial site in central Wrocław with two residential projects - Nowa Stawowa and Ogrody Staromiejskie. Construction work began in early 2026, with completion planned for Q4 2027.

Futureal Investment Partners has finalised the revitalisation of Wratislawia Tower in Wrocław, handing over the reimagined space to its new tenant, Focus Hotels S.A. The transformation has turned the property into a modern, energy-efficient facility that combines hotel, office and cultural functions, the company announced on LinkedIn.

Kaufland continues to expand in Europe and revitalizations are playing an increasingly central role in this. The metamorphosis of the Marynarska Business Park office complex implemented in Warsaw’s Służewiec district by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Syrena Real Estate is nearing completion. Work has been finalised on the outdoor area, replacing a 6,000 sqm concrete car park with a green park open to the city, covered with green hills. The project is changing its name to Diuna.

Czech logistics developer Logport Development has launched a new project in Prague's Jinočany area, at the former Poldi Kladno smelters, one of the largest brownfield sites in the Czech Republic.

YIT has approved the residential project Parvi Cibulka, which was created by revitalising a former factory in Prague 5 into loft-type housing. Only less than a third of the 150 units are left to be purchased. The building also includes nine non-residential premises.
