Apsys Polska has kicked off the regeneration of a post-industrial site in central Wrocław with two residential projects - Nowa Stawowa and Ogrody Staromiejskie. Construction work began in early 2026, with completion planned for Q4 2027.

The historic market hall (Hala Targowa) in Gdańsk, built at the end of the 19th century, is undergoing a major revitalisation led by Apsys, a company known for transforming historic urban spaces into vibrant, multifunctional destinations. The €32 million (PLN 141 million) investment aims to turn the hall into a dynamic culinary and cultural hub, seamlessly blending modern functions with respect for its historical fabric.

Linklaters has advised Nhood and Ceetrus on their partnership with Apsys, which aims to transform the commercial market in Poland by initiating innovative and sustainable development projects. Their first cooperation will be Wilanów Park shopping centre in Warsaw. 

Retail developer Apsys Polska has started preparing its first residential project, which will be built in Warsaw’s Mokotów area in a joint venture with an undisclosed partner.

Apsys has refinanced the Centrum Posnania retail asset with a 10-years maturity, €300 million senior loan from Allianz - completed by Allianz Real Estate on behalf of several Allianz companies - and that it now owns 100% of the 100,000 sqm property in Poznan, Poland.

Apsys has secured the long-term refinancing of Posnania, its flagship project in Poznan, with Berlin Hyp AG, ING Bank Śląski S.A., Société Générale and Deutsche Postbank AG. This refinancing amounting to €260 million in total is one of the largest ever granted in commercial real estate in Central Europe. The project's initial financing during the development phase in 2014 already set a record in this area.
