Carpinus Holding GmbH has acquired a total of 12,000,000 shares in Immofinanz, corresponding to a shareholding of approximately 10.71%. The indirect shareholders of Carpinus Holding GmbH are Peter Korbacka and RPR Privatstiftung (Ronny Pecik).

Echo Investment has secured three standing and working first-generation shopping centres belonging to the Tesco Group. Altogether, around 240,000 sqm mixed-use area consisting of office, retail and residential space can be developed on plots located in Poznań, Łódź and Kraków.

In 2019, five out of the ten European markets with the highest logistics rental growth were located in CEE. Last year, net effective rents rose more than 5% for Europe as a whole, the highest level ever recorded. MLP Group has issued €30 million worth of bonds. The issue proceeds will be used to purchase land and implement projects to construct warehouses in Poland and abroad. On February 26th, the bonds will be introduced to trading on the Catalyst market.

Reino Capital, a Luxembourg-based fund and Australia's RF CorVal signed a preliminary agreement to buy BUMA Group’s real estate portfolio as part of a larger deal. The portfolio consists of 10 office properties with over 110,000 sqm GLA plus a land bank with capacity for office projects totalling more than 80,000 sqm GLA and residential projects with over 100,000 sqm of usable area.

Delta Holding has laid the foundation stone for the Delta Planet Niš shopping centre, which will spread over 40,000 sqm on two floors.  Completion is scheduled for spring 2021.
