The LivinnX Kraków student residence, developed by Golub GetHouse, has signed an agreement with Tauron, which includes the purchase of electricity obtained entirely from renewable sources, i.e. hydroelectric power plants and wind farms. LivinnX will use the electricity offered as part of the EKO Premium product, which is the only solution in Poland to have a Green Energy Sale Guarantee, confirmed by the Polish Association for Energy Certification.

London-based investor Grosvenor’s Indirect Investment team has expanded its portfolio in the logistics sector with a move into Poland. Grosvenor is the cornerstone investor of Polish Logistics LLP, a new investment vehicle established by IO Asset Management, the specialist manager of industrial real estate, and Reino Capital, a real estate holding company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Polish Logistics LLP has acquired Logistic City in the established logistics location of Piotrków, south of Łódź, from a private investor.

After acquiring nearly 93% of stocks of Polnord listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Cordia is one of the first companies to launch a new residential project in Poland following the alleviation of the pandemic. The company has started the presale of more than 200 homes being built in its first project in Gdańsk. Hungary’s leading residential developer is also active in Poznań, where it is preparing its largest-ever Polish residential investment with a large-scale urban rehabilitation. Tesco announces the sale of its business in Poland to Salling Group A/S. The transaction, which is subject to antitrust approval, includes the sale of 301 stores together with the associated distribution centres and head office.

Italian group FRI-EL Green Power, a renewable energy producer, plans to invest over €80 million in developing the Ateneo residential project in the Romanian city of Timișoara.

Supernova Group has opened its fifteenth shopping centre in Croatia in the town of Požega, following an investment of €16 million. The 11,000 sqm retail park includes 16 stores and a restaurant.

Transport company BHS Trans is to build a new logistics warehouse centre on 10,000 square metres in Debrecen, Eastern Hungary. The warehouse is part of a HUF 7.5 billion investment project, which the state supported with a HUF 3.4 billion grant. The facility will go into operation in early 2021 and the project is to create 165 new jobs.
