Property developer Speedwell has signed a Promissory Sales Purchase Agreement for a 9-hectare land plot with the purpose of building a new project in Bucharest’s District 1. 

Cooperation between Slovak developer Corwin and Czech-Slovak investment company Hartenberg will comprise more than half a dozen real estate projects in Slovakia and Slovenia.    

Logicor, the owner of manager of logistics projects, has completed the development of a new warehouse in Mogoșoaia, Bucharest. The project with a leasable area of 38,000 sqm is part of the Logicor Bucharest I logistics park.

Zalando will open two additional fulfillment centers in Poland. One fulfillment center is already under construction in Białe Błota near Bydgoszcz, while the construction of the second, in Bydgoszcz itself, will start at the beginning of 2022. Jet Industrial Lease has bought a 54,000 sqm portfolio of five industrial buildings in Poland from Vestinlog, part of the KKCG group. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
